Janine Holmes, PhD Founder/CEO

Dr. Holmes has over 30 years of educational experience in the Greater New Orleans region, serving as a teacher, dean of students, assistant principal, and principal. She later expanded her leadership impact within charter schools across Orleans and Jefferson parishes, serving as a director of student services, school turnaround specialist, and school board member.

As an educational leader and consultant, Dr. Holmes has achieved measurable gains through data-driven strategies and targeted supports that enhance educator capacity and student outcomes. Her work with academic institutions has equipped her to help leaders identify challenges, implement sustainable systems, and lead meaningful change. She is committed to providing educators with the practical knowledge and tools needed to strengthen professional practice and sustain academic improvement.

Reflecting on her valued relationships with mentors and mentees, Dr. Holmes found that her passion is centered on reducing school leader attrition that negatively impacts students, especially in underserved communities. She recognizes the challenges leaders encounter in managing and prioritizing the many demands on their time. With her rich educational background along with expertise in varied areas, Dr. Holmes can provide relief and strategic support for extremely busy school leaders.
